HYDERABAD: Activists of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, All Pakistan Muslim Lea­gue, National Commission for Peace and Interfaith Harmony and several local groups took out rallies in a number of towns on Wednes­day in protest against a verdict against retired Gen Pervez Musharraf in a high treason case by a special court.

The protesters, who also included members of minorities, held demonstration in Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Mir­­pur­khas, Sukkur, Umer­kot and other towns.
