ISLAMABAD: Talented Mahin Aftab outclassed Mehak Khokhar in quarterfinals to move into last four stage of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed National Ranking Championship here at Islamabad Tennis Complex on Friday.

While Sara Mansoor, Sarah Mehboob and Noor Malik after winning their matches comfortably moved into the semifinals, the match between Mahin and Mehak went a distance sinc both played brilliantly in first set and after a close contest former defeated her opponent 7-6. But, in next game Mehak made resounding comeback winning the set 6-3 to push the game in decider, which was, however, convincingly won the Mahin 6-1.

Earlier, on Thursday Aisam-ul-Haq paring with Aqeel Khan outclassed duo of Mohammad Sohaib and Huzaifa Abdul Rehman in doubles final in straight two games. The seasoned players won the final with game score 6-3, 6-3.
