GUJRANWALA has more automobiles than people on roads. This has created a chaotic situation. Every other day major Gujranwala roads are clogged because of traffic jams.

It takes a lot of time to reach a place, apart from health and environmental problems in the city. Citizens are frustrated owing to a traffic mess.

The government has increased taxation on automobiles and revised the vehicle policy. This must be implemented properly so that traffic can be controlled; otherwise our roads will be permanently clogged with vehicles.
