GWADAR: Two fishermen drowned on Wednesday when a fishing vessel met with an accident in the Arabian Sea near Gwadar port.

Official sources said that five fishermen went for fishing in the Sarbandan area of Gwadar, but while moving towards the open sea their vessel met with an accident.

The deceased were identified as Khuda Bakhsh and Dad Mohammad, who was driving the vessel.

A team of Pakistan Navy reached the scene soon after the accident and rescued three fishermen.

All the fishermen belonged to the port city of Gwadar.
