SUKKUR: A team of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials carried out a second raid on Raja Flour Mills in Khanpur Mahar town of Ghotki district on Saturday.

The Sukkur NAB team led by assistant director Rizwan Ali accompanied by Ghotki’s Civil Judge (consumers) Saleem Awan took the mill’s record in custody and checked it for about two hours. It undertook counting of thousands of wheat bags, supplied to it by the food department, stocked at the mills.

The team kept the mill’s main gate closed during the whole process.

The team and the judge avoided media personnel’s questions about the raid or the NAB team’s findings.

The same mill was raided by a NAB team about three months ago.
