FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) officials sealed four illegal private housing schemes in different areas of the city during an operation on Thursday.

As per the spokesperson for the authrity, FDA Director General Mohammed Sohail Khawaja was informed that illegal colonies’ owners were selling plots without seeking approval from the authority.

Taking action on the received information, DG Khawaja dispatched FDA teams to the housing shcemes that sealed Al Harm Town and Bilal Gardens housing colonies on Jhang Road, Green City scheme at Chak 117 and another hosuing socsheme at Chak 121-JB.

The FDA officials also carried out anti-encroachment operation in Millat Town and removed different illegal establishments.

Meanwhile, an enforcement team sealed a marble factory established in a residential area in Millat Town.
