RAWALPINDI: Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Thursday said that division within the opposition Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was visible and its party leaders were demanding the opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif to come back.
“The politics of PML-N will come to an end if Shahbaz Sharif failed to come back,” he said after attending the oath-taking ceremony of the students council of the Government Postgraduate College for Women.
The minister said that the future of the PPP and PML-N was not bright in politics as they were not serving people and doing politics for their own interests.
He said Prime Minister Imran Khan was the only hope of the country and he was working to bring the country out of crisis. He said that the PML-N and PPP governments left behind an economic crisis in the country that led to wheat and sugar crises.
“The government launched inquiry against those who created the artificial crises of sugar and wheat flour in the country,” he said, adding that the government would also bring down natural gas and electricity tariff.
