Federal minister Asad Umar has said that the cargo movement between Afghanistan and Pakistan has been limited to food and medicines. The movement across the border will only be allowed three days a week and all standard operating procedures (SOPs) issued by the health department will be followed.
During a daily situation briefing held at the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC), Umar said that citizens wanting to return to Pakistan from the neighbouring country will have to undergo testing and complete a mandatory quarantine period.
