SIALKOT: The Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) on Friday expressed grave concern over the documentation requirement set by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) for reopening factories.

Talking to the newsmen at the chamber, SCCI President Muhammad Ashraf Malik said documents including LCs and proforma invoice of confirmed orders as well as specific details of buyers with confirmed purchase orders are confidential and cannot be shared with the TDAP authorities.

Malik claimed that the trade bodies of Sialkot were not consulted before drafting the procedures for reopening factories.
