KARACHI: A man was shot dead over a property dispute in Surjani Town on Saturday evening, police said.
They added that two groups fought over a plot in Yousuf Goth. As a result, Riaz Haji sustained bullet wounds and died. The body was taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital to fulfil legal formalities.
Area SHO Jan Mohammed said that the dispute between the two sides had been going on for the last year, which culminated in the murder.
The suspects escaped from the crime scene.
