RAWALPINDI: The young son of a police commando was killed after he came under gunfire being exchanged between two rivals in Bhara Kahu on Saturday night, police said.
Jawad Aslam, 25, was on his way home after offering prayer at the mosque when he came under gunfire being exchanged between two rivals.
Police said Sohail and Babar had a quarrel during which they opened fire and a bullet hit a pedestrian who was heading home after offering prayer. The deceased, whose father had been associated with Islamabad police and posted to SSG Lines, was injured critically and subsequently shifted to hospital where he passed away.
