HARIPUR: Three teenage boys were killed in various parts of the district, police said on Sunday.

They said that Ihtesham and Hamid allegedly stabbed Mustajab Ahmed, 13, in Serae Saleh village, leaving him critically injured. The boy later died due to excessive bleeding.

In Bagra village, Hammad, 14, was electrocuted when he touched a power pole that was carrying current due to some fault. The area people accused the Pesco staff of negligence in removing the faultand demanded compensation for the affected family.

In another incident, Ibrahim, 15, was found dead in his home when his parents were away. The body, according to police sources, carried torture marks on the neck and other parts, indicating the boy was strangled. The family, however, did not nominate anyone in the FIR.
