Area SHO Gul Mohammed Awan said that the victims were riding a motorbike when four gunmen motioned them to slow down.

Quoting the wounded man, the officer added that the suspects ordered them to go back.

As they turned their bike and were going away, one of the men opened a single fire on them from behind, which hit the pillion rider, Amir, in his back.

The bullet pierced through his body and hit the bike rider, Tariq, in his shoulder. Amir was taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where he died during treatment.
