ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) has condemned the foul language used by federal minster Faisal Vawda on social media against journalists Wusatullah Khan, Zarrar Khuhro, Mubashir Zaidi, Fakher Durani and Umer Cheema and demanded he tender a public apology.
In a statement issued on Friday, the PFUJ said it was a shocking behaviour displayed by a public office holder and elected representative.
PFUJ president Shahzada Zulfiqar and secretary general Nasir Zaidi in the joint statement demanded a public apology from the minister and requested Prime Minister Imran Khan to probe his behaviour as the minister was becoming a liability for his government and the party.
“He threatened senior journalists, who were only performing their professional duties by asking for a probe into the minister’s alleged acquiring of assets illegally along with his US nationality.
“Instead of responding to allegations in a civilised manner, he threatened and used foul language against the senior journalists,” the statement said.

These journalist are on payroll of particular political party and everyone knows it. What's wrong with what Wadwa said ? In a democracy everyone should be allowed to express their opinions openly wether journalist or politicians.

In order to put a stop to “Anniyan Tay Jannian” of these inexperience and incompetent novices from becoming a constant source of irritant and a cause of Perpetual embarrassment for his govt. The allegations against Faisal Vawda is not new. It is not the first time that he has been accused of using foul language.
Faisal Vawda is initially a builder and developer and any one in construction business use similar language with their employees with few exceptions.
Apart from using foul language with senior journalists, he is also been accused of possessing a foreign country's passport at the time of filing nomination papers in ECP for contesting NA seat from Karachi in July 2018 general elections.
If the charges are proved against him in court of law and by ECP he can't hold public office for not being "Sadiq and Ameen" which is a pre-requisite qualification to hold any public office.
The issue is that when some one has not seen money in his child hood and becomes rich over night he start thinking that he has become every thing in the society as money talks.
Faisal Vawda whether tender apology or not but cannot run away with the allegations of holding a foreign passport.

There are as many politicians from PTI Imran Khan to Faisal Vawda. The maximum of it is rudeness. Because they have learned to respect only those who have brought PTI to power illegally. There is a lack of manners and maturity among them. If we run the country with such incompetent people and parties, the condition of the country will get worse day by day. And the country's economic, social order and state integrity will be threatened.

All this mayhem and the inability of PTI to fulfil its promises, & blaming previous government for PTI’s failures, which had helped it on short term basis, is lately adding disillusioned voters who have started wondering whether the previous govt. was in fact as bad as portrayed, or if whole of this drama was 'choosing the lesser evil'. So unless this government takes drastic steps to improve the situation, people may come out on the streets protesting against false promises & unending economic hardships.
Accordingly these ministers needs to change their behavior of raising more public outcry by creating such non issues when the country needs prioritizing fixing of economy which is in shambles & cannot afford mistakes anymore. A mature and seasoned politician finding its govt. stuck in quagmires of social, governance & economic issues will always refrain from verbal altercation with powerful media in order to avoid muddying water further by such acts of unnecessary public outbursts.
