RAWALPINDI: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa has offered all possible assistance to Italian Ambassador Andreas Ferrarese in the collective fight against Covid-19.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations, Italian Ambassador Andreas Ferrarese called on Chief of the Army Staff at General Headquarters on Thursday.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, the regional security situation and measures to enhance bilateral cooperation were discussed.
The visiting dignitary acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan’s medical assistance and role in maintaining peace and stability in the region.
