Announcing further decisions taken by the NCC at its meeting today, Planning Minister Asad Umar has said that the country's tourism sector, for which SOPs had already been decided, will be allowed to reopen from August 8.
The recreational sector and other such facilities will also be allowed to resume functioning from August 10 (Monday). SOPs are being developed for this purpose which the businesses will be bound to follow, Umar said.
