OKARA: A married woman was gang-raped by four unidentified gunmen late on Sunday in a house robbery at Adda Sahlowal locality on Depalpur-Kasur Road.

The gang also took away cash and valuables from the house.

The first information report by the head of the family states the family was asleep in the courtyard when seven gunmen broke into the house, locked them in a room and collected cash, gold ornaments, mobile phones, complainant’s identity card and other valuables from the house.

Then, four gunmen gang-raped complainants’ wife and also snatched gold ornaments from the rape survivor and escaped.
