BUNER: A man on Friday shot dead his 18-year-old son and 17-year-old daughter-in-law after an objectionable video of them went viral on social media, in Naway Kalay village of Daggar here.

The police shifted the bodies to the District Headquarters Hospital, Daggar, for autopsy. The bodies were later handed over to relatives.

Mother of the teenage girl told the Daggar police that several members of the family, including two brothers, were involved in killing of her daughter and son-in-law.

The police registered FIR and started raids to arrest the accused.

Police officials quoting family members and villagers said the accused was told by someone at a mosque after evening prayers about airing of an objectionable video of his son and daughter-in-law. They said the man reached home and after consultation with family members took the extreme step.
