KHUZDAR: A medical officer was killed and her brother injured in a road accident at Quetta-Karachi National Highway on Saturday.
Levies officials said Shaher Babo, who worked for the health department, was returning to Khuzdar from her duty at a rural health centre in the Veheer area along with her brother when their car overturned. She died while her brother Mansoor Ali Sasoli was injured.
Levies Force personnel shifted the body and the injured to the Khuzdar district hospital.
