KARACHI: Autobiography launched

KARACHI, Sept 25: The launching ceremony of an autobiography “Rau mein hai rakhsh-i-umer” by renowned landscaping expert of the country, A.K. Khan was held here at a hotel on Sunday. Well-known writer Mushtaq Ahmed Khan Yousufi was the chief guest on the occasion while Horticulture Society of Pakistan President Sardar Sherbaz Khan Mazari presided over.

Secretary Culture Mehtab Akbar Rashdi, former judge of the High Court, Majida Rizvi, former KWSB Managing Director Zakir Ali Khan and columnist Shahnawaz Farooqui expressed their views on the book.

“Once you start reading it you would want to read it till the end,” they agreed.

Later, A.K. Khan expressed his gratitude and thanked all the people who extended their cooperation in the process of writing and publishing the book.

A large number of writers, poets, columnists, literary figures, scholars, educationists and others attended the ceremony.—APP
