HARIPUR: At least 18 people, including six women, were injured when a passenger bus overturned near Panian Maira on GT Road here the other day.

Police and eyewitnesses said the bus (3913-LED) was on way to Rawalpindi from Abbottabad with 25 passengers on board when the driver lost control over the wheel and it skidded off the road near Panian Maira. Police said that 18 people, including six women and 10 children, were injured the accident.

Rescue workers shifted the injured to Haripur trauma centre.
