A new Superman suit for CW series

Tyler Hoechlin will wear a new, redesigned Superman outfit in The CW’s (Television Network) upcoming DC Comics series, Superman & Lois.

An image of Hoechlin donning the new outfit was released on the official Twitter account for Superman & Lois.

The new suit is a modern take on the outfit Hoechlin wore in The CW’s Supergirl and the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event. The outfit features a smaller ‘S’ symbol and no cape straps on his shoulders.

Superman & Lois will premiere February 23, on The CW. Elizabeth Tulloch returns as Lois Lane, Superman’s journalist wife.

The series will follow the title characters as they “deal with all the stress, pressure and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.”


The Book of Boba Fett: New Star Wars series

A new Star Wars television series based around bounty hunter Boba Fett, titled The Book of Boba Fett, is coming to Disney+ in December 2021.

The announcement came during the after-credits scene for the Season 2 finale of fellow Star Wars show, The Mandalorian.

Earlier, Fett portrayed by Temuera Morrison, was featured returning to Jabba the Hutt’s palace and sitting down on Jabba’s throne before a title card arrived announcing The Book of Boba Fett.

Disney has yet to officially announce the series. The company plans on releasing roughly 10 Star Wars shows to Disney+.


Rihanna responds to fans

New Year, new Rihanna album? Fans wasted no time asking when she shared some new photos and a New Year’s resolution on Instagram.

“New year’s resolution: apply the pressure,” Rihanna captioned her first post of 2021, a set of snapshots of a New Year’s pose. The superstar later added to her comments, “2021 energy.”

In the fall, she gave a little insight into her views on her next project, her ninth studio album, whenever that might be happening: “You do pop, you did this genre, you do that, you do radio, but now it’s just like, what makes me happy?” she said.

“I just want to have fun with music. Everything is so heavy. The world that we live in is a lot. It’s overwhelming every single day. And with the music, I’m using that as my outlet.”
