KARACHI: Omega Club maintained its superb form by defeating One Unit club in the final of Karachi Bulls Invitational Basketball Tournament by 48-30. Abbas Abid(17), Ali Murtaza (10) top scored for winners while Nehel Malik(8 pts), Athar Rana (8) & Talal Ahmed(7) were main scorers for losers.

The match was witnessed by a sizable crowd at Nishter Park. Adeeba Hassan, MPA Sindh Assembly was the chief guest of the event and presented the trophies to the teams. She was impressed by the gameplay and passion of the players and assured them that flood lights will be installed to benefit the players.

Sports for Life CEO, Shezad Kazi, thanked the MPA and informed her that Sports for Life female basketball team will be introduced soon.

He also said that facilities at Nishter Park Basketball court will be enhanced soon.

Muhammad Yaqoob, Azeem Shan, Ghulam Rasool, Dileep Singh, Samad Ali and Javed Khan were also present in the closing ceremony.
