KARACHI: Carrying the message of friendship and love, a peace rally comprising 50 cars and as many motorbikes headed towards Gwadar took off from Karachi early on Friday morning.

Aimed at promoting peace in Balochistan, the first phase of the rally saw 50 motorbikers who hail from Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi taking the Mai Kolachi Road to head to their destination. And in the second phase 50 cars also followed the same route to head to Gwadar.

By evening they had all travelled 650km. The enthusiasm of the riders and motorists was encouraging. They were met with equal enthusiasm when they entered Balochistan by the people of Hub.
