CHAGAI: Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) leader Ejaz Khan Sanjrani, who is the younger brother of Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani, has claimed that BAP will emerge as the largest party in the upper house of parliament from Balochistan after the upcoming Senate polls.
He was talking to journalists at his residence in Dalbandin. He said the Senate elections would decide the political fate of the incumbent government.
Mr Sanjrani expressed the hope that Balochistan would be given due role in the upper house following the past traditions.
When asked about the government’s performance, he argued that the incumbent government, led by Prime Minister Imran Khan, was striving to make the country stable by combating the main challenges at every front. However, he made it clear that wrongdoings of several decades could not be solved in a short time.
In reply to a question, Mr Sanjrani said that because of efforts of Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani, development projects including road networks and mineral university worth billions of rupees would be initiated in Chagai.
