SANGHAR: Domicile certificates submitted by six candidates who appeared in the entry test for admission to the Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro, were declared ‘fake’ on Monday after a week-long inquiry.

The inquiry was conducted by the Sanghar deputy commissioner after it was claimed in media reports that fake domiciles were submitted by some candidates. The names of the six candidates bearing fake domiciles had appeared in the merit list of the university on Sanghar quota DC Dr Imran-ul-Hassan Khawaja, while declaring his inquiry report said, adding that all the documents submitted by the six candidates to get the domicile were found to be bogus.
