KOHAT: Relatives killed two brothers over a land dispute in Togh Bala area on the Rawalpindi Road here on Wednesday.

Naseem Gul, Naeem Gul and Saqib Naseem had a brawl with the deceased brothers after they unsuccessfully tried to stop them from working in the disputed fields. The accused opened fire, killing Ibrarul Hassan and Mehmoodul Hassan on the spot.

The Riaz Mohammad Shaheed police registered the case on the complaint of the widow of Ibralul Hassan against the three accused, and arrested one of them, Naeem Gul, and recovered two Kalashnikovs from him.

The police handed over the bodies to relatives after autopsy at the KDA Teaching Hospital.
