LAHORE: Pakistan’s premier javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem, who has qualified for this year’s Tokyo Olympics, will participate in the Imam Raza Athletics Championship in Iran from April 9 to 11.
From Iran, the Khanewal-born Arshad will go to Turkey to get further training from foreign coaches as part of the training programme for the Olympics.
Arshad’s Pakistani coach Fayyaz Bukhari will also accompany him on tours of Iran and Turkey.
