No reluctance

Published April 24, 2021

THIS is with reference to the editorial ‘Gas utilities’ reluctance’ (April 20). The Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) has already discussed gas transportation agreements (GTAs) with both the upcoming terminal operators, and regular inter-ministerial meetings are being held on a weekly basis.

In all related matters, the SNGPL is ensuring adherence to the Cabinet Committee on Energy’s decision. SNGPL has always remained committed to facilitating new LNG terminals and has already opened up its network to promote third-party access, and relevant information is regularly updated on the corporate website.
