KHUZDAR: Three brothers were killed and four people were injured when a car collided with a mini-truck on the Quetta-Karachi national highway in Surab district on Sunday.

Levies Force officials said that six members of a family were on their way to Pishin from Karachi to celebrate Eid when they met with the accident in the Anjira area. As a result, three brothers identified as Tajuddin, Zainuddin and Inamuddin died on the spot. The car was completely destroyed in collision with the mini-truck.

Four others, identified as Feroz Khan, Mohammad Imran, Azizuddin and Dilwar Khan, were injured in the incident.

Levies Force personnel rushed to the scene of the accident and took the bodies and injured to the district hospital Surab.

The bodies were handed over to the grieving family after medico-legal formalities.
