CHARSADDA: Four people committed suicide in different areas of the district on Sunday.

The police said Asghar Ali shot himself dead in Dagai area after his parents rejected his proposal to marry on his own free will.

Amjad, 33, shot himself dead with a pistol after exchanging hot words with his mother and wife in Krimoshkor area.

Separately, Ashfaq Hussain strangulated himself forced by unemployment. A student namely Nasir Khan killed himself by shooting due to unknown reasons.

His father told the Prang police that the family rushed to the boy’s room after hearing gunshots and found him lying in a pool of blood. The police registered FIRs in the cases and started further investigations.
