TOBA TEK SINGH: TikToker Kashif Zameer, who was arrested by the Lahore CIA police the other day on the charge of cheating Turkish actor Engin Altan Duzyatan of Dirilis: Ertugrul fame, belongs to Toba Tek Singh and another case against him has surfaced in Gojra.

Punjab Police have already traced about six cases against Kashif registered with the police stations of Lahore and Sialkot.

There was a case against him in Gojra too and he spent some time in jail three years ago.

Kashif, his brother, Khurram Zameer, and their six accomplices were arrested on the motorway on June 30, 2018. They had allegedly beaten up National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) officials near Gojra.

The Gojra Saddar police had registered the case on the complaint of a Motorways SSP Kamran Adil. It was alleged in the first information report (FIR) that Kashif and his accomplices had tortured the policemen on stopping their vehicle on M-4 for overloading.

The policemen were issuing the driver of the vehicle a ticket on a tab when he called Kashif and other fellows. They appeared from the other side of the motorway, violating one way and started beating the policemen at gunpoint. They left the scene after snatching the tab from the policeman. They were apprehended by the force after a chase and illegal weapons were recovered from them.

Kashif and Khurram had to spend several weeks in jail till they were released on bail by a court.
