KARACHI: ICI Pakistan Limited announced consolidated profit-after-tax (PAT) — including the results of its subsidiaries ICI Pakistan PowerGen Limited and NutriCo Morinaga (Private) Limited — at Rs5.57 billion that translated to earning per share at Rs60.30 for the year ended June 30, 2021.

The results represent a growth of 114pc from the PAT at Rs2.60bn and EPS at Rs28.14 earned by the company the previous year. The Board declared cash dividend at Rs20 per share which in addition to Rs20 per share already paid, taking the total cash dividend to Rs40 per share.
