KARACHI, Nov 2: Pakistan’s top cueists Muhammad Yousuf and Saleh Muhammad have been invited for five-nation International Doubles Time Limit snooker championship to be played at Bombay Gymkhana from Dec 13 to 17, a spokesman of Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA) announced on Wednesday.

Besides cuemen from Pakistan, China, Thailand, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and host India will be featuring in the five-day competition which carries Rs400,000 in prize money.

The organisers are providing full boarding and lodging and air fare to the participating players.

The winners of the championship will get Indian Rs150,000, runners-up to get Rs90,000 and losing semifinalists to grab Rs45,000.

All the participating players will get minimum guarantee money of Rs7,500 each.

Pakistan number one Yousuf won the world amateur crown at Johannesburg in 1994 while Saleh finished runner-up in the 2003 World championship in China.
