The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has decided to lift additional Covid-19 restrictions in six districts — Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sargodha, Gujrat and Bannu — due to a decline in cases.

According to a Radio Pakistan report, general coronavirus-related restrictions will continue to be enforced till the end of September. A review meeting will be held on Sept 28, it added.

The NCOC urged people to get fully vaccinated without any delay, as abundant Sinopharm vaccine doses are available, the report said.
