SWABI: Two brothers were killed when rival groups traded fire over a land dispute in a village of Razaar tehsil here on Saturday.

Ibrahim Khan and Aimal Khan succumbed to their injuries in the tehsil headquarters hospital.

DSP Razaar tehsil Pasham Gul Khan told mediapersons that cause of the incident was a dispute on a piece of land.

Before succumbing to injuries, Aimal Khan got registered an FIR against Shad Ali, Muslim Khan and Pardas Khan.

After registering the case, the Kalu Khan police raided the residence of the accused, but they had already escaped.

In a separate development, Umair Khan, an eight-year-old child, died after being hit by a speeding motorcyclist while crossing a road in Turladi village.
