LAHORE: Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has directed the Deputy Commissioner of Rawalpindi to take action against mafia occupying forest lands in Murree.

He also directed him to resolve public problems and improve infrastructure of the hill station.

In a meeting with the parliamentarians from Rawalpindi here on Saturday, the chief minister discussed the initiatives being taken to resolve the problems of their respective constituencies and the progress on various ongoing development projects and welfare schemes.

The chief minister ordered launch of a comprehensive anti-dengue campaign and said all available resources should be utilised.
