Nazimabad SHO Ayazudin said that apparently it was a cylinder blast at Byco Pump in North Nazimabad’s Block-A.

He said that two women — Alia Humayun and Humera Waqar — were among the six persons who suffered injuries as a result of the explosion.

The remaining injured are Abdul Waheed, 30, Sohail Ishaq, 35, Abid Mohammed and Waqar Siddiq, 24.
