MARDAN: The Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) is taking steps to provide facilities to the traders in order to boost business activities in the district.

Talking to mediapersons here on Friday, the chamber’s president Saad Masoodur Rehman said that his cabinet and executive body members were committed to working for the betterment of traders and resolving their issues.

He urged the local traders to get their names registered with the chamber so they could get its membership. In this regard, he said that they had constituted a membership committee which would carry out a special drive to increase membership of the Mardan chamber.

Mr Rehman asked the traders to secure the MCCI membership so that they could get access to international market to boost their business activities.
