LAHORE: Wapda and Pakistan Air Force (PAF) shared the trophy as they were declared joint winners of the 42nd National Kabaddi Championships after a tough final at the Punjab Stadium here on Sunday.

Both teams had stood level at 46-46 at the fulltime whistle and the organizers decided to declare both winners after a long debate among themselves.

Wapda were leading 45-39 at one point before the airmen staged a brilliant comeback to level the score.
