QUETTA: Parliamentary Secretary for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Dr Rubaba Buledi has said that since the passage of 18th Constitution Amendment in 2010, the Balochistan Assembly has passed more than 70 laws.
Presiding over a review meeting of the law department on Tuesday, she said more drafts for legislation had been prepared and 30 other bills had been examined and sent to the administrative departments concerned for necessary action.
Dr Buledi said draft of the proposed Balochistan University Bill, Under Age Marriages Bill, Healthcare Bill, Home Based Workers Bill, Water Taxes Bill, Food Authority Bill, Traffic Engineering Bill, E Stamping Bill and Pro Women and Human Rights Bill had been scrutinised.
