RAWALPINDI: A 16-year-old girl was raped allegedly by one of her relatives in her house in Tench Bhatta, while another 20-year old woman was sexually abused by three persons in Bahria Town’s Phase 7.

In the first incident, the victim’s father lodged an FIR with R.A. Bazaar police, saying that he lived with his family on the ground floor of his house while his relative, Atif Noman, resided on the second floor.

He said his daughter was alone at home when she was raped by Atif who also threatened her with dire consequences. The alleged rapist is yet to be arrested.

The second incident took place in Rawat where three people sexually abused a 20-year-old woman in an apartment in Bahria Town’s Phase VII on Thursday.

The woman stated in the FIR that she and her girlfriend reached an apartment to seek help from a person who she had met earlier and told her that he helped needy people.

She said she was taken to a room where two persons were already present while her friend remained outside.

She alleged that she was stripped by the men who then sexually abused her, adding that when she started weeping, one of the suspects left the room while the other two continued committing the offence.
