Fools don’t apologise
This is with reference to the article “Fools don’t apologise” by Irfan Ali (YW, March 12).
From an early age, we develop a misconception that if we apologise, people will consider us weak. On the contrary, it is just the opposite of it. We need a big heart to accept our mistakes and apologise, which makes us strong because accepting one’s mistakes means you can see through your fault and acknowledge it.
It is only the weak who avoid accepting their mistakes. In fact, accepting one’s mistake, apologising and doing something to rectify it is a sign of strength.
In my opinion, articles like this always prove helpful in bringing out the right traits of one’s personality.

The article “Fools don’t apologise” by Irfan Ali highlighted the importance of accepting one’s mistake and saying sorry.
No doubt, apologies increase our value, saves our relationships and teaches us to have good manners. Forgiveness is not an external action, rather an internal state of letting go of anger and resentment. It also shows that we can take responsibility for our actions, which makes us more respectable in everyone’s eyes.

My brother
This is with reference to the article “My brother” by Zayna Rahman (YW, March 12). A brother is always a big support, no matter the distances between siblings and no matter what differences they may have. He’s the one who loves his siblings like a father.
The bond that knots this true relationship is not just of blood, but of respect and exultation in each other’s life. Brothers are like superheroes whom sisters can rely on. No matter how much they tease or annoy their sisters or brothers, but elder brothers always remain their siblings’ greatest support. All sisters love their brothers and always pray for their success.
I really appreciate the writer for writing on such a relationship that is so special, yet hardly talked about.

The article “My brother” by Zayna Rahman was an outstanding expression of a sister’s love and respect for her elder brother. Siblings relationship is full of love, strife, competition and friendship.
This article literally expressed what was in my heart. Brothers are like a shield; they stand up and protect their siblings from harm. The bond of a sister and brother is unlike any other, and it is truly priceless.
