KARACHI: A car dealer was stabbed to death in Gulshan-i-Iqbal on Monday, according to police.

An officer of the Aziz Bhatti police station said the body of a man, identified as Abdul Zahir, 40, was found in a room of a guest house in Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Block-10.

The officer said two men, who were also living with the victim in the same room, escaped, indicating the possibility that he might be stabbed and killed by his friends.

The victim originally hailed from Quetta and was a businessman.

The body was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre to fulfill medico-legal formalities.
