Making the most of the blessed month

This is with the reference to the article “Making the most of the blessed month” by Yasmin Elahi (YW, April 9). I agree with all the views the writer expressed in the article.

Ramazan is a time of reflection, self-improvement and heightened devotion and worship. Fasting is important during Ramazan as it allows Muslim to devote themselves to their faith, get closer to Allah and learn patience and compassion. It’s about nourishing your soul, rather than focusing on your physical body.

We all know the importance of this blessed month of Ramazan, but we should always be reminded about what the blessed month teaches us and this was beautifully done by Yasmin Elahi in her article “Making the most of the blessed month”.

In this holy month, Allah Almighty, showers His uncountable blessings upon Muslims. We all should thank Allah every time and count His blessings, live a peaceful and content life, and never forget to help the poor and needy at any time.

Hard work always pays

This is with reference to the article “Hard work always pays”, by Rosheen Fatima (YW, April 9). It was an amazing and motivational story, describing how confidence and hard work paves the path to success.

We must not compare ourselves with others. Instead of comparison, we must work hard and eradicate all distractions while doing anything, because hard work is the key to success.

I agree with Rosheen Fatima in her story “Hard work always pays”, that sometimes even a little appreciation boosts our confidence and we work hard to make our dreams come true.

If we remain persistent in anything we do, we will get success. And remember kids, that hard work never goes to waste.

The story “Hard work always pays”, by Rosheen Fatima, inspires the readers to do hard work. Hard work is the key to both success and self-satisfaction.

When we do hard work, we can achieve our goals, which will give us self-satisfaction. We must always remember that positivity and motivation come from doing hard work and you come one step closer to achieving your dreams.
