LAHORE: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) will hold the District Chief of Army Staff Inter-Club District Hockey Championship at the district level from May 15 to 25, an official announcement said on Saturday.

“As per PHF guidelines, all districts should hold the Chief of Army Staff Inter-Club District Hockey Championship at their region headquarters from May 15 to 25. All club department players will be eligible to join the team at the event. Special care will be taken of the age limit of the players,” read a PHF press release issued on Saturday.

“Players up to the age of 30 can participate in the event. The club has at least two players aged 16, 18. All clubs can add a minimum of 14 and a maximum of 18 players to their team. In addition, all players will be part of their club team according to their district domicile. The district winning club will later be part of the regional level event,” the release concluded.
