DADU: Pakistan Peoples Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has announced establishing universities in Diplo and Sakrand towns for imparting job-oriented quality education to the youth of the respective areas and help them get employment in national job market.

He was talking to party leaders of Larkana division who called on him at Naudero House on Monday.

He said that he was fighting for the rights of people and he would take a sigh of relief only after getting all of the rights. The youth of Sindh had proved their mettle in every field including education for their sheer hard-work, he said.

He said that he was very concerned about the youth of Tharparkar and wanted to help them come forward by paving the way for development and progress in their areas.

He announced establishing a university in Diplo, Tharparkar district, and a technical varsity in Sakrand, Nawabshah, to provide quality education to local youth.

He said that a technical university was the need of the hour, hence such an institution of higher learning would be established in Sakrand, which would provide training to the youth in modern technologies and enable them to get employment in the national job market.

Zardari said that he was grateful to the friends of Balochistan who had joined hands with the democratic forces in defeating the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf government in a democratic manner.

He discussed with them the situation with regard to local body election in the province. The PPP office-bearers apprised him of their preparations.
