ISLAMABAD: Switzerland beat Pakistan 7-5 in the Five A Side Hockey tournament in Lausanne on Sunday.

Arshad Liaquat gave Pakistan the lead in the fourth minute before Jones Wenkler equalised for the hosts a minute later and Elias consolidated Switzerland’s lead.

Goals kept coming in from both sides with two strikes each from Martin and Elias one apiece from Sullivan and Jones helping Switzerland end up as the victors.

Murtaza Yaqub and Tazeem-al-Hasan also scored for Pakistan while Arshad registered a hat-trick.
