RAWALPINDI: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight was sent back to Pakistan by Chinese authorities after six of its passengers tested positive for Covid-19 on Sunday.
A PIA spokesman said all passengers who had travelled to China from Islamabad had a negative PCR report, but six of them were found positive on arrival.
He said the national airline carrier’s Boeing 777 was sent back without any passenger on board. The plane landed in Lahore.
