KASUR: Four people were killed and six others injured in rain-related incidents on Friday night.

A man and his minor son died as the wall of their house collapsed on them due to a windstorm at border village Tatara.

Karamat Ali, 26, along with his son Awais, 8, was asleep in the courtyard when one of the walls collapsed on them.

In another incident, a man, his wife and two children suffered injuries after the roof of their room fell on them at Teachers Colony in Kot Radha Kishan. The injured included Shaukat, 71, his wife Shahnaz, 70, son Faizan, 22, and daughter Seerat Bibi, 18.

TOBA TEK SINGH: A woman and her daughter died when the roof of their house caved in at Gattwala housing scheme on Sheikhupura Road.

They were identified as Shamim Akhtar, 42, and her daughter Muskan, 18.

Meanwhile, two children Asif Nazir and Ali Jan were injured at Faisalabad’s Chak 272-GB, Dauana, when the wall of a house and steel gate fell on them.
